Refund Policy — S.S. Girls Degree College, Agra

This policy describes the rules for refund of fees paid to S.S. Girls Degree College, Agra. All refunds are processed strictly as per the rules of the affiliating university/council and the college.

1. General Rules

The registration/admission fee deposited at the time of admission is generally non-refundable.
Refund is determined based on the date of application and the university's rules.
The balance amount is refunded only after deduction of the prescribed administrative charges.

2. Refund Conditions

Before commencement of the session	Proportionate refund as per university norms
After commencement of the session	Generally no refund (except security/caution money)

3. Refund Process

For a refund, the student/parent must submit a written application along with the original fee receipt at the college office.
The approved refund amount will be made within 15 working days via bank account/cheque.
The refund will be made to the same person/account from which the fee was paid.

4. Online Payments

If the fee was paid online, the approved refund amount may be returned to the same payment method. Payment gateway/bank charges (if any) may be deductible.

5. Important Note

Refund of university fees, examination fees and other statutory fees will be subject to the relevant rules, over which the college has no control.
